The RailStrong™ connector is a revolutionary 2x4 rail anchoring bracket.

It relies on the same concealed internal tube anchoring system as the Titan Post Anchor.

The connector separates the rail from the post to keep it dry, strong and looking good.

There's a 3/4" diameter steel tube piercing the core of the rail with parallel fasteners alongside.

Whether its a top rail configuration with a flat 2x4 cap rail or an exposed bottom rail 2x4 on edge, there is a RailStrong™ for each situation.

The problem with all wood railings is that wood can rot if the railings aren’t cared for and constructed properly.

The common way to connect wood rails to posts is to place the end of a rail up against a post and screw or toe nail it together.

Too often this is a weak connection.

And it means wood to wood contact increasing the chance of early rot and moisture problems.

The neat appearance of the RailStrong™ hides what's inside. A strong rigid hollow tube.

The end grain of the rail is separated from the post or wall reducing the chance of moisture being wicked up by the capillary action of the wood.

Measure the distance between posts and subtract 3/4" total for both connectors and cut 2x4s to length.
Cut a circular pilot cut on each end 1" to 1-1/4" deep.
